- Shake your Dymista nasal spray bottle gently for 5 seconds
- Clear your nostrils by clearing your nose
- Close one of the nostrils with your finger
- Tilt your head downwards
- Hold the nasal spray upright and insert the tip of the spray into the open nostril
- Press down the nasal spray once and sniff gently at the same time
- Breath out through your mouth
- Repeat the same procedure to the other nostril
- To prevent the medicine from getting into your throat, breathe in gently without tilting your head backward.
